WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

What does this mean in practice?

The tires you received are damaged or do not meet your expectations?

You lose nothing.

You are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period described in consumer rights.

Notice regarding the right to withdraw from the agreement and the model withdrawal form.

Only a customer who is a consumer and an entrepreneur on consumer rights is entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period.

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you took possession of the last batch or part, or from the day a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the last batch or part.

To exercise your right to withdraw from the agreement, you must inform us (RacingTires, ul. Logistyczna 4, 55-040 Kobierzyce, info@racingtires.pl, phone: +48 71 740 00 54) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form; however, this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the agreement before the withdrawal period expires.

In the event of withdrawal from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the items (except for any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from this agreement. We will make the payment refund using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items back or until you provide us with evidence of having sent them back, whichever event occurs first.

Please return or deliver the item to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you return the item before the 14-day period has expired. We cover the costs of returning items that can be ordinarily returned by post. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning items that, by their nature, cannot be returned by post. These costs amount to 60 PLN. You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from using it in a manner other than that which is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
