NANKANG CR-S

The Nankang CR-S is a semi-slick tire (200TW) designed for sports cars and racing cars. Its characteristics make it suitable for both dry and wet conditions, on the track and on public roads. It has European E4 road homologation.

A new rubber compound with increased heat generation helps reach operating temperature faster and enhances grip on dry and wet surfaces.

Thanks to two wide water drainage channels and an optimized tread architecture, the Nankang CR-S provides excellent performance on wet surfaces.

To provide even better grip when cornering, the outer shoulder of the tire incorporates a design similar to that of slick tires. By reducing tread kerfs and maximizing the tire's contact patch, its performance is significantly improved.

A new sidewall design with unique fibers increases stiffness and stability while reducing heat generation.

The Nankang Rubber Tire corporate logo has been in use for over 55 years. In response to increasing global competition in the tire industry and the trend of corporate reforms, Nankang undertook a review of its corporate identity system (CIS) in 2010. Through this new project, the company aims to build a new brand image for Nankang Tire that meets international standards.
